Minor boys – The minor lads qualify for Championship and League Quarter Finals!
After beating Owen Roes 0-16 to 2-08 on Monday the lads finish second in their group and qualify for the League Quarter Final against Stewartstown TONIGHT (Wednesday 20th) at home, throw in at 7pm!

Days earlier the lads defeated Kildress 2-16 to 2-07 and pencilled themselves into the Championship Quarter Final where they will once again meet Owen Roe’s who will host the Red Knight’s on Wednesday 27th April. Time TBC.

Seniors – Beragh 0-8, Castlederg 2-11. The Red Knights started well and were 0-3 to no score ahead after eight minutes. However once the Derg settled to the game the home side struggled for scores.

Reserves – The Reserves overcame Castlederg by 2 points. Beragh 4-10, Castlederg 3-11

The third round of league fixtures are scheduled on Sunday week (May 1st) Away to Clann Na Gael.

U14 teams – On Thursday both our U14 teams play. The boys participate in The Féile in Clogher at 6:45pm. The girls travel to Moortown for 7:15pm.

 The Minor girls beat Stewartstown last night in the league. Details on their next game TBC.

The senior ladies lost out in their junior league opener V Coalisland on Sunday. Like the men, their next game is fixed for Sunday 1st May, away to Clonoe, 7pm.

The club would like to wish Oisin Donnelly and the Tyrone Minor team good luck in the Ulster Minor League Final against Donegal on Saturday in Maghera.

Underage Training – The first P3/P4 (U8s) Go-Games Boys’ football blitz is on Saturday 23rd April in Kileeshil. The team should be in Kileeshil for 10:30am.

Underage Training for U6, U8, U10 and U12s continues on Saturday mornings from 11am to 12:15pm and Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm. New boys and girls are always welcome.

Social and cultural – Child Drama Class will continue on Monday from 6-7pm for P2 – P4s and 7-8pm for P5 – P7s. All places filled.

Adult drama classes are on Monday nights from 8-9pm. These classes will be for secondary school age or over.

Tin whistle continues on Tuesday at 6:30.

Guitar lessons for beginners (P6 & up) continues on Sunday at the Pavilion: 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Gael Linn is administering a scholarship fund for adult learners who wish to attend a Gaeltacht course this summer –

On cleaning rota from this Saturday (23rd April) are Gerard Loughran, Tony McCrory, Monica Treacy, Joanne O’Neill, Agnes Grimes.

Barry Conroy is on Pavilion duty for the week beginning April 23rd.
