Beragh Red Knights GAA and Breacach Handball Club Golf Classic

The Minor ladies League Final takes place on Thursday V Fintona at 7:30pm in Tattyreagh. All Support welcome in what could be a historic double for the girls.

The U21 Men play at home on Tuesday (21st) V Eglish, 8pm.

On Wednesday Evening the U12 boys host Edendork at 7:15 on the training pitch and

The Senior Ladies host Badoney on the main pitch at 7:30.


The U10 Boys are hosting their Blitz in St.Marys Park this Saturday morning (25th). Help will be required on the day in terms of referees, umpires, serving of teas etc. 


The U8 and U10 girls have a Blitz on Saturday. Help with transport will be required however the venue won’t be confirmed until Thursday evening. Coaches will be in contact.

The Seniors and Reserves play Brocagh on Sunday at home. Reserves play at 2:15 and Seniors 3:45.

The U14 Girls have qualified for Grade 3 Championship final against Loughmcrory. Details on the date and venue are to be confirmed. Possibly next Wednesday.

Underage Training

Training for U6, U8, U10 and U12s continues on Saturday mornings from 11am to 12:15pm and Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm. New boys and girls are always welcome.

From January 2014, the GAA rule to wear a mouth guard is mandatory for all players, in ALL age grades. All children must wear a mouth guard to training and Blitz’ or they will be asked to sit out.

Well done to the U8 boys who hosted their Blitz on Saturday.
Thanks to all who helped out and served tea and sandwiches after the games.


Social and cultural

Drama Classes are now over for the Summer and we hope to resume them in September.
We were very lucky to have the services of Paul Kelly and we hope to get him back in September. Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí. Junior Scór (under 17) starts before Christmas and we will soon be paying attention to increased participation in the dancing, drama and singing parts of those competitions.


An Irish Language collection was taken up at all masses on St Patrick’s Day. The money collected will be used to provide small pocket money grants to Club members visiting the Gaeltacht this summer. Anyone wishing to avail of this grant should give their name, their age and the details of the Gaeltacht they will attend to Lisa Rodgers, Club Secretary, who will pass details on to the Culture and Language Committee. The closing date for applications is next Thursday, 30th June 2016.

Tyrone GAA Summer Camps

26th June is the deadline to avail of the reduced price to book your children in to The Tyrone GAA summer camps. Online bookings system is now up and running. Infomation and bookings can be made through the following link.

Roscavey Primary School

Roscavey Primary School is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.  To celebrate this landmark occasion, all past and present pupils, parents, staff and members of the wider community are invited to a thanksgiving Mass, book launch and local history display on Friday 24th June at 7pm in the school.  Light refreshments will be served.

Four Star Lotto
