U14 Boys Championship Quarter Final against Gael Naomh Padraig,
Thur 26th, 7:30pm at home.

Minor Ladies Grade 4 Championship Final against Stewartstown,

Friday 27th, 7pm, venue to be confirmed.

Minor Boys Grade 2 League Final against Donaghmore,

Saturday 28th, 7.30pm, the venue has been changed to Killyclogher.

U14 Girls got their league campaign back on track with a decisive victory over table toppers and league favourites Coalisland last week, running out deserved winners with a score of 4-11 to 2-9.
The girls welcome Cookstown tonight, May 24th for a home game, throw – in 7pm. They then play their last league game on Saturday, away to Loughmacrory, throw-in 1:30pm. 

The Senior Men have a Bye this weekend.

 

Beragh Red Knights Golf Classic

Beragh Red Knights GAA and Breacach Handball Club are preparing to swing into action with a four-ball golf classic this July.
It is anticipated that 54 teams will take to the Omagh course on 8th July and all those interested in reserving a time slot should do so by Friday 3rd June.

There are some great prizes up for grabs and all teams will also be treated to a 3 course meal and traditional goodie bag.

Thanks to the events two main sponsors Paul Tallon, The Medical Hall, Sixmilecross and Gerald McAleer of J McAleer & Sons, Builders Merchants, Curr Road, Beragh, for their continued generosity in supporting club events.

The Annual Paddy Bogan PS tournament
The Annual Paddy Bogan PS tournament takes place at St. Mary’s Park on Friday 3rd June. Help will be required on the day in terms of referees, umpires, serving of teas etc and anyone available to help out should make contact with Barry Conroy.

 

Underage Training

Training for U6, U8, U10 and U12s continues on Saturday mornings from 11am to 12:15pm and Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm. New boys and girls are always welcome.

From January 2014, the GAA rule to wear a mouth guard is mandatory for all players, in ALL age grades.

Social and cultural

Child Drama Class continues on Monday from 6-7pm for P2 – P4s and 7-8pm for P5 – P7s. All places filled.

Adult drama classes are on Monday nights from 8-9pm. These classes will be for secondary school age or over.

Guitar lessons for beginners (P6 & up) continues on Sunday at the Pavilion: 1.30pm-2.30pm.

 

Tyrone GAA Summer Camps

The Tyrone GAA summer camp online bookings system is now up and running. Infomation and bookings can be made through the following link.

Tyrone GAA for ALL Programme
Tyrone GAA are providing a coaching programme which is inclusive, stimulating and fun for all children and adults from within the County with a disability who wish to play Gaelic Football.
Venue: Tyrone GAA Centre, Garvaghey
Dates: 16th, 23rd May and the 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June
Time: 7 – 8pm

All participants in the programme will have the opportunity to represent their County at the following games/events:
Ulster Senior Championship Semi Final
Activity Day to Croke Park
Tyrone Club Championship in Healy Park

Four Star Lotto

The numbers drawn in this week’s Four Star Lotto draw were 11, 13, 15 and 27. Dominic Donnelly and Tommy Owens share £50. Next draw will take place on Sunday at 10pm in Farleys. Jackpot – £1,750. Lotto helper is Ryan McAleer.
